Once an order is placed, either by fax, email or phone, we will send you a confirmation email or phone to confirm and verify your order before it is processed.

All orders will be processed within two(2) business days upon receipt of payment confirmation, subjected to stock availability. If the items ordered are not in stock, your advice for partial delivery or adjustment of order will be sought within two(2) business days.
Order Alteration or Cancellation

Order can be altered or cancelled within 24 hours and/or before the order is processed and sent out.

Alteration or cancellation can be done via email or call us with the order number.
»
If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of stock, full amount paid will be refunded.

Cool Quests Enterprise reserve the rights to impose a cancellation charge of 20% to 50% of the order if the alteration or cancellation is notified after 24 hours of ordering.

A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours.

A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours or once the order is dispatched for delivery.
Exchange or Return

All products sold are non-retunable. Return and Exchange will only be allowed for items that are damaged or broken in the process of delivery and/or shipment.

All returns must be notified to us within three(3) days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within seven(7) days of receipt of your order. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging and in the re-sellable condition. Delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable.

The shipping charges incurred for sending back the item to use shall be borned by you.

Cool Quests Enterprise reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
